RockAI ("we", "our", "the app") is a rock and crystal identification application. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We access your device camera and photo library solely to capture or select images of rocks/crystals for identification. Images are sent to our AI service for analysis and are not stored on our servers after processing.
Your identification history and collection are stored locally on your device using SQLite. We do not sync this data to any cloud service.
We do not collect analytics, crash reports, or usage statistics in the current version.
Rock images are sent to Google's Gemini API for identification via our backend proxy. Images are processed in real-time and not retained after processing. See Google's privacy policy.
All API communications use HTTPS encryption. Your collection data is stored only on your device. We do not have access to your personal data.
RockAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
You can delete your collection data at any time within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated date.
